When: July 18th (Friday of
Crossroad's Days). Must be registered by July 11th.

Where: Lake
Creek Country Club, Storm Lake, IA
|
Time: Registration starts at 7 AM, Tee-Off at 8 AM.
|
Cost: $260 per team ($65 per
person) This will include 18 holes of golf, cart and
lunch. Please pay the day of the tournament.

Format: Once again
this year we will be playing a four-person best shot.
Prizes will be flighted,
two closest to the pin, two longest putt's, two longest
drives and also a raffle will be held after the
tournament for other donated prizes.

prizes will be posted as they are received. If you or
